Working principle of the wireless phone charger.
A wireless charger works by electromagnetic induction that is,when alternating DC currents is passed through a transmmiter coil it produces fields and when receiver is coil is placed near it electrical current is induced into it.
For our project we will need the following materials.
1.copper coil
2.2N222A NpN
3.9V or 12v Battery
4.220Ï€ resistor
5.25v 100uf capacitor
6.1N4007 diode.
Step1: making the transmitter coil.
make a pancake coil for the transmitter,the pancake coil provide easy transfer of wave than an abituary turns of wire,the transmitter coil should be in about 30-40 turns and connect properly with the circuit diagram below
Step2: making the receiver coil
Also make the receiver coil with about 30-40 turns of copper coil and use the diode for rectification of DC from Ac.
the input voltage should be between 9-12v if it exceed it you will only get your transistor burnt you can also add a 5v regulator to regulate the voltage to a very safe voltage for your smart phone.
Choosing a suitable case,your case can be made out of wood, plastic but metals won't work,as for my own casing it is 3d printed have a good luck.
